General Terms and Conditions (AGB)

1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION

These GTC govern the contractual relationship between HR Hair Removal GmbH (hereinafter “HR Hair Removal”) and the Customer. The term “customer” refers to clients. These GTC are issued to the customer. The GTC are displayed when appointments are made electronically. He/she agrees to this at the latest when making use of the treatment.

2. INFORMATION ABOUT THE TREATMENT

The customer confirms that he/she has been informed in detail about the treatment method before the first treatment and has read the safety instructions. HR Hair Removal works with the so-called Shaba method. A honey-like gel made from sugar, water and lemon is applied to unwanted hair and removed again. In contrast to other methods, such as waxing, you work over the same area several times. The unwanted hairs and their roots stick to the gel. The gentle technique prevents hair breakage and therefore the formation of stubble. HR Hair Removal draws the customer’s attention to the fact that over time the hair will grow back without stubble, but thinner and finer. It is therefore not a method of permanent hair removal. HR Hair Removal cannot guarantee the success of the treatment, but undertakes to carry out the treatment with care. HR Hair Removal does not treat people under the age of 16. Customers between the ages of 16 and 18 must provide written consent from their legal guardian(s).

3. HEALTH DISORDERS

The customer undertakes to inform HR Hair Removal of any existing health problems, in particular vein problems, skin allergies or intolerance to certain ingredients.

4. CANCELLATION OF TREATMENT APPOINTMENTS

The agreed treatment appointments must be kept by the customer. If the customer is unable to attend, they must cancel the appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, HR Hair Removal is entitled to charge the full amount of the treatment appointment. In the event of late arrival, the full treatment price is owed. The customer is not entitled to a partial refund or replacement. Treatment appointments may not be exchanged between clients.

5. WAITING LIST

Upon request, the customer can be entered on the HR Hair Removal waiting list. In this case, they will receive a text message if an appointment becomes available at short notice. The customer undertakes to answer the text message immediately (“yes” or “no” is sufficient as an answer).

6. PRICES

Please refer to our separate price list for prices. Prices are subject to change at any time.
