Standard Loyalty Card
After 10 visits we treat you to a complimentary service from our loyalty rewards. So every 11th appointment becomes even more rewarding – a little thank-you for your trust.
Student Pass
Are you a student? With our dedicated Student Pass, just 5 visits (with a valid student ID) unlock your reward. Simply ask at reception during your first appointment and scan the Student QR code.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need the app to collect points?
No. You can collect points without the app – we give you a receipt code at reception which you (or we) can redeem later. With the app installed, you see your current balance anytime.
Is the loyalty program free?
Yes, 100%. Joining the program and using the Poinz app are completely free for you.
Which treatments count toward points?
All appointments booked at our studio (sugaring, waxing, intimate hair removal, eyelash extensions, microneedling and more) count toward your loyalty card. Gift vouchers and online shop purchases are excluded.
Do my points expire?
No. Your collected stamps remain valid as long as the current campaign is running. The Poinz app always shows you exactly what applies to your card.
